## Summary

The Adecco Group has expanded Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker to over 40 countries, giving 27,000 employees access to an AI teammate embedded in the Salesforce platform. This rollout follows a pilot in the UK and France. The system helps sales professionals and recruiters find priority prospects, prepare briefs, enrich data, and view lead status across teams. Coworker also surfaces insights from over 2.5 million agent-candidate interactions since April 2025. Adecco CEO Denis Machuel highlighted that the pilot showed strong adoption in days, freeing sales teams to focus on richer engagement with candidates and clients. The rollout is part of an unlimited Agentforce 360 agreement announced in March 2026, which aims for over 50% of Adecco revenues to be powered by agentic AI by year-end 2026.
