The resulting script, read aloud using Mac’s synthesized voice, took about 13.3 seconds, fitting within the desired 15-second limit. While the length can vary based on factors like voice speed and pauses between scenes, the tool provided a draft that could be used to create a video. This case study was inspired by OpenAI's own example of creating a perfume advertisement script from a product photo.","keyPoints":["OpenAI's Codex created a short teaching material introduction script","Script took about 13.3 seconds when read aloud using Mac’s voice","Fits within the goal of 15 seconds for video introductions"],"whyItMatters":"This case study highlights how AI can be used to create concise and effective product introduction scripts, potentially saving time and resources in marketing and sales efforts.","category":{"slug":"marketing","name":"Marketing & Small Business","url":"https://digestai.news/category/marketing"},"entities":{"companies":["OpenAI","Codex"],"models":[],"people":[]},"firstPublishedAt":"2026-10-13T06:34:00Z","updatedAt":"2026-10-13T06:34:00Z","sourceCount":1,"hasPrimarySource":false,"sources":[{"outlet":"note.com","title":"Creating Product Introduction Video Scripts with AI: Aiming for 15 Seconds Using OpenAI's \"Codex\"","url":"https://note.com/toniraku_ai/n/n824f57778967?hl=en","publishedAt":"2026-10-13T06:34:00Z","type":"press","primary":false,"lead":true}],"sourceNotes":null,"discussions":[],"thread":null,"cite":{"text":"Digest AI, \"AI creates short video scripts for product introductions\", 13 October 2026, https://digestai.news/story/ai-creates-short-video-scripts-for-product-introductions","publisher":"Digest AI","title":"AI creates short video scripts for product introductions","datePublished":"2026-10-13T06:34:00Z","url":"https://digestai.news/story/ai-creates-short-video-scripts-for-product-introductions"},"generatedBy":"Written by Digest AI's editorial model from the linked sources; the sources are the record.","license":"Headlines, digests and key points are written by Digest AI and may be quoted with a link to the story page.
