## Summary

Amazon has expanded Alexa's capabilities with over 100 new shopping-related features ahead of the holiday season. The update enables users to manage shopping lists, including creating, registering, and editing items. It also allows customers to modify subscription schedules, such as changing delivery frequency from monthly to every three months, and update delivery instructions like addresses or drop-off details.

Additionally, users can now ask Alexa about Prime or Audible subscriptions and resolve billing or payment issues. Amazon noted that agentic feature usage has grown 8x since the start of the year. The company reported that over 400 million consumers have used Alexa for shopping in the last 12 months, following earlier launches of a shopping assistant and product notification tools.
