## Summary

The Alexa Photo Frame is Amazon’s new digital picture frame with built-in Alexa AI, designed to automatically curate and display photos from Amazon Photos. The frame uses Alexa+ to filter images based on factors like faces, lighting, and sentiment, prioritizing moments such as smiling subjects or seasonal photos. It also skips irrelevant images like receipts or screenshots.

Users can control the frame via voice commands—such as requesting photos from a specific event or adding voice notes to images—and manually swipe through albums. The frame features a 10-inch touchscreen with anti-glare calibration and automatic brightness adjustment. Pricing starts at **$199.99** for a black model and **$229** for wooden-frame versions. Amazon Photos storage is free for Prime members, and the frame syncs photos in real time.

## Key points

- Alexa AI filters photos by faces, lighting, and sentiment, excluding receipts or screenshots
- Voice commands let users request albums or add notes to images via the frame
- 10-inch touchscreen with anti-glare finish; starts at **$199.99**, free Amazon Photos storage for Prime

## Why it matters

The frame blends Amazon’s photo storage and Alexa AI to automate home photo displays, appealing to Prime members who want curated, hands-free visuals without manual curation.
