One example comes from Dell, where a Pro Max Tower T2 equipped with the 96GB RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Workstation Edition costs $12,331.80 after applying a 10% coupon. This is more than $3,000 below the price of the standalone graphics card listed at Micro Center.\n\nX user def1ant shared a screenshot of the Dell configuration showing a $13,702 system discounted by $1,370.20. The user later confirmed placing an order, with the final price reaching $13,395.42 including estimated sales tax. Dell offers several ways to obtain a 10% reduction, including promotional coupons distributed through email registration and discounts negotiated with Dell sales representatives. Other buyers have reported receiving similar discounts when contacting Dell directly. However, the exact coupon used in this particular order has not been confirmed.\n\nIn any case, even if you don’t have the coupon, the price will still be lower than the MicroCenter offer. The workstation itself was configured to Intel Core Ultra 5 235 processor featuring 14 cores and 14 threads, Ubuntu Linux 24.04 LTS and just 8GB of DDR5-5600 system memory. So clearly, it was not configured to be a workstation, rather to give the cheapest option to buy the card with other hardware.
