## Summary

A developer introduced **Work AI Navi**, a tool designed to reduce the frustration of opening AI chatbots like ChatGPT or Claude without knowing how to ask for help. The creator, who calls themselves Totchi, notes that many users struggle with vague prompts or lack clear use cases for generative AI, despite its potential. Research cited in the post highlights that common barriers include not knowing how to use AI and not perceiving a need for it.

Work AI Navi offers pre-built, job-specific templates for common tasks—such as drafting emails, prioritizing tasks, or organizing meeting notes—with placeholders for users to fill in. Three free samples are available now, including a standard email reply template, a task prioritization tool, and a meeting notes organizer. The tool is not a conversational AI but a bridge between general AI knowledge and practical, immediate work needs. The developer plans to expand the toolset based on user feedback, starting with a 7-day challenge to encourage consistent use.

## Key points

- Work AI Navi provides job-specific AI prompt templates for emails, tasks, and meeting notes

## Why it matters
