## Summary

Alexandr Wang, Meta’s 29-year-old chief AI officer, revealed in a Founders podcast interview that Mark Zuckerberg possesses an unexpected but highly effective communication skill. Wang, who previously founded AI data startup Scale AI, initially found Zuckerberg’s detailed and rapid responses on WhatsApp puzzling. Over time, he realized Zuckerberg’s ability to write precise, rigorous responses quickly—without sacrificing quality—sets him apart as an unusually efficient communicator.

Wang’s relationship with Zuckerberg began in 2021–2022, when Meta’s interest in AI intensified. Their collaboration deepened in April 2025, when Zuckerberg invited Wang to discuss Meta’s AI strategy at his homes in Lake Tahoe and Palo Alto. Wang’s insights reportedly influenced Zuckerberg’s decisions, as the CEO cited his views in discussions with advisers. Wang also noted Zuckerberg’s strict prioritization of time, balancing leadership demands with family life.
