## Summary

Notion announced a suite of upgrades to its AI offering. The revamped Notion Agents now run on a built‑in computer and browser, feature smarter context handling, a “Review for me” safety mode, and can stay on a task for up to 24 hours. Mobile chats load up to 50 % faster.

The new Auto model router automatically matches each of more than 20 common tasks to the most suitable model, delivering results comparable to Opus 5.5 and Astra while cutting average cost by about 90 %. Notion says this extends credit usage roughly tenfold. Users can also attach their own ChatGPT Plus, Pro, or Go subscriptions, or use a Bring‑Your‑Own‑Key option now in private alpha for Enterprise customers. A forthcoming AI Command Center will let teams monitor usage, set spending limits and alerts, and control which models and agents are available. Notion’s MCP has been overhauled with live memory sync, and a new credit system consolidates all AI consumption under a single balance.

## Key points

- Notion Agents now include a built‑in computer and browser, smarter context, “Review for me” safety mode, and can run tasks up to 24 hours.
- Auto router selects the optimal model per task, delivering Opus 5.5‑level results at roughly 90 % lower cost, extending credits ~10×.
- Users can attach their own ChatGPT Plus/Pro/Go or BYOK keys, and a new credit system tracks usage across agents.

## Why it matters

The upgrades give Notion users more powerful, longer‑running agents at a fraction of the cost, making AI‑assisted workflows affordable for teams and enabling integration of existing ChatGPT subscriptions.
