The new AI stack is designed to help NVIDIA identify bottlenecks earlier, assess alternative supply scenarios and improve materials allocation. The aim is to speed the journey from semiconductor wafer production through to operating AI infrastructure — described by the companies as going from “wafer to token.”

Custom models for enterprise decisions

Palantir customers will be able to post-train Nemotron models using their own operational data in Foundry and AIP. NVIDIA cuOpt software will support optimization and scenario planning, allowing users to model supply constraints, compare tradeoffs and assess the production impact of allocation decisions.

The system also uses NVIDIA NeMo Data Libraries, NeMo AutoModel and NeMo RL alongside Palantir Autopilot to create a feedback loop in which operational results can be used to improve specialized models over time.

Sovereign deployment options

The companies plan to extend the approach into sectors including manufacturing, energy, healthcare, automotive and aerospace.

Deployments can run on-premises, in colocation facilities or in the cloud using the jointly developed Palantir Sovereign AI Operating System Reference Architecture. The architecture is supported by infrastructure partners including Dell Technologies and Cisco, with Rackspace and Nebius among the options for hosted deployments.

That flexibility is intended to let enterprises run AI close to sensitive operational data while retaining control over models, deployment environments and proprietary information.
