## Summary

Nvidia is in talks to provide credit guarantees worth several billion dollars to back debt financing for power infrastructure and construction at Nscale’s data‑center campus in West Virginia. The project is slated to deliver around 460 megawatts of AI compute capacity.

Anthropic agreed in August to spend $45 billion on computing capacity from the Nscale facility and is also discussing an additional roughly 460 MW in a deal that could be worth about $45 billion. Nvidia, an investor in Nscale alongside Norwegian firm Aker, has not signed any guarantee agreement yet, and the terms may change. Other Nvidia‑backed firms such as Coreweave face similar debt‑financing concerns.

No parties commented on the talks, and the credit guarantee arrangement remains unconfirmed.
