## Summary

Oracle announced Oracle Fusion Claw on September 29, 2026, a runtime that combines AI reasoning with deterministic enterprise computation for its Fusion Agentic Applications. The company says the technology lets businesses automate complex tasks such as deep research, simulations, and continuous planning at scale. Oracle CEO Mike Sicilia stated the system helps organizations create measurable value from AI.

The launch adds 25 Claw-powered applications across finance, human resources, supply chain, and sales. Examples include a Ledger Application for reconciling accounting data, a Workforce Staffing Application for adaptive staffing plans, a Shipping Consolidation Application for cost modeling, and an Account Territory Growth Plan for sales territory optimization. The framework uses an "Enterprise Operating Envelope" to enforce governance and produces Outcome Receipts for audit trails.

Fusion Claw runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and uses AI models including Gemini and OpenAI. Oracle notes that implementation requires investment in training, infrastructure, and risk management, and that strong governance is needed as autonomous AI processes expand. The addition brings Oracle's Agentic Applications portfolio to 75 total applications.
