## Summary

Shopify SimGym now lets merchants set specific shopping goals for AI-powered store simulations. Users can test entire shopping journeys, product discovery paths, and add-to-cart confidence by simulating how AI shoppers interact with their stores. Recommendations are now more direct, with numbered markers linking suggestions to exact page locations and playback videos showing shopper behavior and friction points.

The updates aim to make testing more actionable. Simulations now include visual references for recommendations, and each suggestion links to a summary of the AI shopper’s visit. Shopify says merchants can dig deeper into specific issues by watching how AI shoppers navigate their stores, helping identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
