The uploaded MIDI serves as a precise musical input that can be combined with natural‑language prompts to reproduce, develop, or re‑instrument the original notes and timing.\n\nThe feature expands Suno’s workflow by letting creators start from written musical data rather than recorded audio. It builds on the Studio 2.0 release of August 13, 2026, which introduced MIDI import, recording and editing in the timeline. The new Create addition works with Simple Create using the v6‑wild model, offering both exact score auditioning and more exploratory variations.\n\nBy turning raw MIDI into full‑instrumentation through AI, composers, teachers and hobbyists can hear orchestral or genre‑specific arrangements without building large sample libraries or programming complex synth patches.","keyPoints":["Suno now lets Pro and Premier subscribers upload .mid/.midi files to Create as generation inputs","Uploaded MIDI can be reproduced exactly, developed, or re‑instrumented via natural‑language prompts","Feature extends Studio 2.0’s August 13, 2026 MIDI import and uses Simple Create with v6‑wild"],"whyItMatters":"The update lets musicians and creators start AI generation from exact musical scores, speeding composition, arrangement and experimentation without manual sampling or programming.","category":{"slug":"agents","name":"Agents & Tools","url":"https://digestai.news/category/agents"},"entities":{"companies":["Suno"],"models":[],"people":[]},"firstPublishedAt":"2026-11-04T17:54:01Z","updatedAt":"2026-11-04T17:54:01Z","sourceCount":1,"hasPrimarySource":false,"sources":[{"outlet":"Unite.AI","title":"Suno Adds MIDI File Uploads for AI Song Creation in Create","url":"https://unite.ai/suno-adds-midi-file-uploads-for-ai-song-creation-in-create","publishedAt":"2026-11-04T17:54:01Z","type":"press","primary":false,"lead":true}],"sourceNotes":null,"discussions":[],"thread":null,"cite":{"text":"Digest AI, \"Suno adds MIDI file uploads for Pro and Premier users on Create\", 4 November 2026, https://digestai.news/story/suno-adds-midi-file-uploads-for-pro-and-premier-users-on-create","publisher":"Digest AI","title":"Suno adds MIDI file uploads for Pro and Premier users on Create","datePublished":"2026-11-04T17:54:01Z","url":"https://digestai.news/story/suno-adds-midi-file-uploads-for-pro-and-premier-users-on-create"},"generatedBy":"Written by Digest AI's editorial model from the linked sources; the sources are the record.","license":"Headlines, digests and key points are written by Digest AI and may be quoted with a link to the story page.
