## Summary

The collaboration does not include integration with Siri or Apple Intelligence, and no formal partnership press release was issued. Meta’s own benchmark table places Muse Spark Open behind some Chinese models on certain tasks, and third‑party verification is still pending. The proprietary Muse Model License limits commercial use, and the hardware cost puts the solution out of reach for most individual consumers. Managers see the move as a step toward local AI that could reduce cloud reliance, but note the high price, licensing restrictions, and unverified performance as concerns.
