## Summary

President Donald Trump used his Truth Social account on October 4, 2026 to unveil a new Super Intelligence Force. The body, described as a follow‑up to the “Historic White House Accord on Super Intelligence,” will coordinate the federal government’s work to keep the United States ahead in what the post calls “Super Intelligence.”

The announcement names four officials to run the force: Jay Clayton as Director of National Intelligence, Andrew Ferguson as FTC Chairman, Emil Michael as Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering and Chief Technology Officer, and Scott Kupor as Director of the Office of Personnel Management. The group will report to President Trump and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles.

The move follows Executive Order 14434, signed on September 29, 2026, which directs agencies to replace the terms “Artificial Intelligence” and “AI” with “Super Intelligence” and “SI” wherever legally possible. The order also tasks the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology with drafting a federal definition of “Super Intelligence” within 60 days.
