## Summary

TTEC Digital announced the GovEx AI Agent Suite, a catalog of more than 40 prebuilt conversational agents built for U.S. government agencies. The suite expands the company’s FedRAMP‑compliant CX offerings and runs on Google Cloud’s Gemini for customer experience together with Botcopy’s deployment platform. Each agent can be accessed via chat or voice and is configurable to meet departmental needs while meeting ADA and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.

The agents aim to automate high‑volume public‑service interactions such as REAL ID navigation, unemployment claim voucher filing, and state‑park campsite reservations. "Government agencies need AI solutions grounded in real‑world use cases that improve access to services while addressing growing demand and limited resources," said Chris Brown, President of TTEC Digital. Public Sector Group Leader Steve Parowski added that the off‑the‑shelf agents provide a streamlined path for secure, compliant digital assistance across platforms, including Humanify G.
