## Summary

Prabha Jha, a Verizon senior executive, enrolled in MIT xPRO’s AI for Senior Executives program, valuing its in‑person component and peer network. After a health setback delayed her graduation, she spent an extra five days on campus with a new cohort, which she says deepened collaboration.

Together with 20 fellow leaders, Jha co‑authored "The AI Anthology," a collection of essays that captures diverse AI experiences across industries. She estimates 30 % of her learning came from the program’s material and professors, while 70 % stemmed from peer interactions and discussions. The book aims to help other leaders navigate AI’s operational, ethical, and societal challenges.

Jha now leads a new initiative to guide small and medium‑sized businesses through AI implementation, focusing on tool selection, integration, and measuring success beyond traditional revenue metrics. She views AI as a transformative force that can improve quality of life and empower organizations to serve critical communities.
