Digest AI is free to read. These terms are short because there is little to agree to.
What the site is
Digest AI collects news about artificial intelligence from public sources and publishes, for each story, a machine-written headline, key points and digest together with links to every source. It is an automated news desk, not a source of professional, financial, legal or safety advice, and it does not verify the claims made by the publications it links to.
Accuracy
Headlines, key points, digests, thread summaries and topic introductions are generated by a language model from the linked sources and are labelled as such. They can be wrong. The sources are the record; read them before relying on anything here. If you find a mistake, see how to report it. We correct errors on the next publishing run and mark corrected stories as updated.
Publishers' rights
Full article texts shown on a story page belong to the publisher named beside them and are reproduced with attribution and a link so you can read them in full. Publishers who prefer that we show only a digest and a link can say so at hello@digestai.news and are honoured on request; see the takedown process.
Reusing Digest AI
You may quote our headlines, key points and digests with a link to the story page. You may not republish the full article texts from this site; their rights remain with the publishers. Automated bulk copying of the site is not allowed. The RSS and podcast feeds are provided for personal readers and podcast apps.

Comments on story pages run on GitHub Discussions through giscus. GitHub's terms apply to what you post there. We may hide comments that are abusive, off-topic or spam.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, accurate or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reading or relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may change these terms by updating this page. Where the law allows a choice, the law of the operator's country applies.
