Trebellar raises $18M Series A to add AI agents to corporate real estate

The company’s platform creates a unified data layer that aggregates lease contracts, occupancy signals from badges and Wi‑Fi, room‑booking data, HR headcount and employee surveys. On top of this foundation, Trebellar deploys AI agents, large language models and machine‑learning models that can answer natural‑language queries, generate reports, forecast office attendance and run scenario analyses for location strategy. Founders Diego Ferreiro Val, a former Salesforce VP of Engineering, and David Garcia Quintas, who previously worked at Google and Waymo, lead the effort, with former Google real‑estate executive Dave Radcliffe serving as an advisor. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified and runs its own ML infrastructure while supporting open‑source LLMs.
