Navya Tuteja launches free AI platform Raaha for neurodivergent job seekers

Within two months Raaha reached over 10,000 users. Tuteja uses AI for mechanical tasks like cleaning website design and drafting emails, but she avoids AI for school assignments. Her mother Deepti, who oversees data management at TD Bank and sits on a Harvard‑affiliated VC board, and father Deepak, who works in cybersecurity at Sentara Health, support her efforts. Tuteja also created an AI agent to reply to her mother's texts and is developing a tool called Legible for simplifying special‑education documents, as well as a proposed transparency standard called Traceable Accessibility.
